The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to convert the present proceedings into a Criminal Writ Petition on the ground that the petitioner is aggrieved with the directions issued vide paragraph 7(b) and 7(c) of the order dated 6 th July 2022 passed by the Member, Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission, Mumbai in Case No.838 of 2017 filed by respondent no.4. Permission is granted. The petitioner to take steps to convert the present proceedings into a Criminal Writ Petition.
