This is an application for extension of time to furnish surety by the applicant as per order dated 5th October 2015 passed by this Court.

While releasing the applicant on cash bail, the applicant was directed that after release, the applicant shall furnish PR Bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount within a period of 4 weeks of his release on provisional cash bail. The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has already furnished documents of the sureties, however, the solvency certificate has not yet been verified by the concerned Authority. In the circumstances, he prayed that the said period of four

In view of the above, the period granted by order dated 5.10.2015 is hereby further extended by six weeks from today.
