Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. Perused the record. 2.

The petitioner has filed an appeal against the property taxes as assessed by the Municipal Corporation which is pending before the Civil Court. The learned Counsel submits that the petitioner would raise all the relevant issues before the trial Court.

Perusal of memo of appeal filed before the Civil Judge shows that

The petitioner is at liberty to raise all the issues before the trial Court.

All issues on merits are kept open.

The trial Court to dispose of the appeal as early as possible. 7.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. 8.
