By the present Application, the Applicant has requested this Court for granting 28 days furlough leave for attending marriage of his daughter which is scheduled on 17th January 2023 at Shri Rajput Samajwadi Raghuwanshi Nagar, Bhuj, Kutch.

Learned A.P.P., on instructions from the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, submitted that, the Competent Authority has already processed the request of the Applicant and by its Order dated 14th December 2022 has granted 28 days furlough leave to the Applicant. That, today i.e. 5th January 2023, the Applicant will be released on furlough leave from jail. The said statement is accepted.
