Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, from the petitioner who is present in the court submits that the parties have settled the dispute. The respondent No.2 had fled an afdavit before the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Thane in Marriage Petition No. 234 of 2017 and in view of settlement the petitioners seek permission to withdraw this petition.

Learned Advocate Ms. Gowalani has been appointed for respondent Nos.1 and 2 through legal aid. She submits that she has instructions that the parties are settling the
