In both these petitions, the grievance of Petitioners is that first information report ought to have been registered by Police by taking cognizance of their complains dated 2 October 2015 and 10 October 2015 respectively. The investigating officer had intimated the Petitioners on 9 June 2016 that the complaints raise dispute of civil nature. 2.

The Petitioners may resort to appropriate remedies under Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. All issues are kept open. Both petitions stand disposed of.
