This is an application seeking regular bail in Crime No. 710 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 397, 420, 418 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 25 of the Indian Arms Act. 2.

There are no criminal antecedents. The investigation in the matter is already over. Looking to the role attributed to the applicant, in my opinion, further detention of the applicant is not warranted. 3.

The applicant be released on P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount. The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and influence the witnesses. Two consecutive absence before the learned Court below, undoubtedly the said Court to take out proceedings for cancellation of the bail. [N. W. SAMBRE, J.] 1/1
