Heard. This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased Appellant Savaleram Maruti Pohakar who died on 29.10.2017.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the present Civil Application and be pleased to permit the Applicants to Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

b) The Applicant to carry out appropriate amendment during the course of the day.
