We record the statement of the learned AGP, who on instructions from Mr. Amol Khavare, Scrutiny Clerk of the ofce of Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Uran, states that demarcation and measurement of the land in question is to be carried out on 30/11/2019 and notice in that behalf has been sent to the Petitioner, a copy whereof has been handed over by the learned AGP to learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

In view of above, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, does not press the Petition. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
