P.C. :- The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above Writ Petition, in view of the out of Court settlement between the parties in pursuance of which a joint pursis dated 10th November, 2014 was filed before the Trial Court in which pursis the settlement arrived at between the parties was recorded. The Trial Court on 11th November, 2014 has accordingly passed an order accepting the said pursis pursuant thereto a decree has already been drawn up. The said joint pursis and the order endorsed thereon as also the consequential decree that is passed is taken on record and marked "X" and "Y" for identification. In view of the said supervening event, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. (R. M. SAVANT, J.) wadhwa 1/1
