Mr. Avachat, learned counsel for the applicants, submitted that the applicants are the parents-in-law of the complainant - respondent No.2 and the matter is settled between the parties and decree of divorce by mutual consent is passed between the son of applicants and respondent. As such, learned counsel for the applicants, on oral instructions, prayed for leave to withdraw the application. Leave as prayed for, is granted.
