Though belatedly, the 1st respondent has complied with the directions issued by this Court on 30 July 2014. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, stated that in the Board meeting of the 1st respondent held on 30 March 2014, it has been resolved to offer the plot subject matter of the petition to the petitioners at the rate prevailing on 26 February 2006.

2) In view of the compliance, it cannot be said that there is a willful or deliberate breach of the orders of this Court by the respondents.

Accordingly, the notice issued to the

CP-658 respondent is discharged. Contempt petition is disposed of.
