The applicant - corporation seeks restoration of the writ petition which came to be dismissed on 24th November, 2016. Mr.Walawalkar, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the corporation has invited my attention to the averments in the civil application which sets out reasons why the Advocate for the petitioner could not remain present. For the reasons set out in the civil application subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to the Advocate for the respondents, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
