DATE :

NOVEMBER 27, 2019 P.C.:

Complainant Ashwini is present and she is identified by her advocate. Matrimonial dispute between petitioners and Ashwini is amicably settled. The consent terms were filed in the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune in HMP No.794 of 2017 on 20/08/2018. That court has thereafter in the said HMP passed a decree of divorce under section 13B on 17th August, 2019. 2.

Complainant Ashwini has already withdrawn other matters. Orally she informs the court that whatever amount or ornaments were to be received by her are all received by her and nothing is now to be recovered from the petitioners. nilegaonkar 1/2

In view of this development and no objection given by Ashwini, we make the rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Petition is accordingly disposed of.
