The ad-interim protection granted passed by this Court in favour of the Applicant vide order dated 3rd January 2019, in my opinion, needs to be confirmed, as the further investigation carried out by the Investigating Officer on the basis of CCTV footage, bank statement of Applicant speaks of the prima facie involvement of the Applicant in the crime in question.

The Application stands allowed on the same conditions on which the ad-interim protection is granted.
