This is an application for condonation of 33 days delay in filing the criminal application for leave to file appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 30.6.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Raigad Alibag in SPL (ELE) Case No. 14/2009 thereby acquitting the respondent from the offence punishable under Section-135 and 138 of the Electricity Act, 2003.
