DATED : 9th DECEMBER, 2015 P.C. :- The above application is filed by the applicant for impleading the names of "Tejas Nalin Shah" and "Labdhi Tejas Shah" as applicant no. 5 and respondent no. 2 respectively in Criminal Application No. 391 of 2015. Since Tejas Shah is the accused and Labdhi Shah is the original complainant, their presence is necessary for adjudication of the abovesaid Criminal Application.
