The learned advocate for the applicant submits that this application is preferred seeking cancellation of bail granted by the Sessions Court vide order dated 12th September, 2012. It is submitted that the applicant had also preferred an application before the Sessions Court which is pending since 31st August, 2018. It is submitted that the cancellation of Bail is sought for breach of condition imposed while granting bail. It is submitted that the applicant would pursue his applications before the Sessions Court, hence seeks permission to withdraw this application. It is however submitted that the application before Sessions Court is pending since 31st August, 2018, the Sessions Court may be directed to hear the

In view of the submission application is allowed to be withdrawn. The applicant is at liberty to pursue his applications before the Sessions Court. Since applications are pending from 31st August, 2018, the Sessions Court to decide applications expeditiously.
