In view of the statement made by the learned APP upon instructions by the investigating officer that the charge-sheet in the matter would be filed on or before 09-022015, the application is disposed of with direction to the applicant to approach the M.P.I.D. Court for the purpose of bail after charge-sheet is filed 2.

In event of such application is preferred, the said Court to decide the application as expeditiously as possible on its own merits and uninfluenced by the earlier order of rejection of bail by the Court.
