Learned APP on instructions from Mr. B. V. Gaonkar, PSI, Amboli Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime i.e. C.R. No. 132 of 2016 the investigating agency has reached to the conclusion that, in the present case 'C-Summary Report' is required to be filed. However, in view of Order dated 23rd January, 2017 the police could not file final report in the matter. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned APP, we permit the Investigating Officer to submit appropriate report in the court of competent Jurisdiction.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
