1) Mr.Patil, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos.1 & 2, on instructions, submitted that, in furtherance of Notice(s) dated 7th August 2023, 19th August 2023, 20th September 2023 and 17th October 2023, the Petitioners have given their statements to the concerned Police Officer and therefore challenge to the said Notice(s) as of today does not survive. 2) As far as challenge to the CR No. 09 of 2019 registered with Cyber Crime Police Station, CID, Bengaluru, is concerned, the Petitioners may approach the appropriate Court having jurisdiction in the State of Karnataka.

3) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
