The applicant was granted Bail by this Court vide order dated 30th August, 2018 passed in Bail Application No. 2029 of 2018. The Bail was granted subject to condition that the applicant shall stay away from Village Zare till the completion of trial. 2.
Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that the applicant is the resident of Village Zare, Taluka Atpadi, Dist. Sangli. The condition to stay away was imposed under the belief that the complainant is also resident of Village Zare. It is submitted that the complainant is the resident of village Ranand, Tal. Man, Dist. Satara. This fact was pointed out inadvertently. However, the applicant has abided by the said condition after he is released on bail. It is prayed

From the copy complaint produced by the learned advocate for the applicant, which is part of charge sheet, the address of complainant Krushndev Gujra is mentioned as Ranand Tal. Man Dist. Satara.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the order dated 31st August, 2018 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 2029 of 2018 is modified to the extent that the condition to stay away from the village Zare till the completion of trial stands relaxed. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.)
