This is an Application for condonation of delay of 10 days in filing the Appeal. Learned Additional Sessions and Special Judge, Kolhapur had passed the impugned judgment and order on 02.09.2022 in Sessions Case No.44 of 2017. Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that it took some time to collect the relevant papers. There was Diwali Vacation in between, therefore, learned Advocate could not communicate with the Applicant and could not file the Appeal in time. He Shabnoor

The delay is only for 10 days. In the interest of justice and for the reasons submitted by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the Application is allowed. The delay of 10 days in filing the Appeal is condoned.
