Both counsel submit that the Appellant as well as the Respondent are present in court. The Appellant and Respondent entered into witness box and admit the contents of the Consent Terms as well as the undertakings given by them in the Consent Terms. (b) The Consent Terms be treated as part and parcel of decree. (c) The undertakings given by the parties in Consent Terms are accepted.

(d) No order as to costs.
