The order refusing to drop MCOC charges needs to be questioned in accordance with law. The prisoner-petitioner has not even supplied a copy of that order.

Hence with liberty to the prisoner to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law and with directions to the Superintendent at Yerwada Central Prison to provide him legal assistance as per law, we dispose of present petition.
