Learned APP points out that in three different Sessions cases the prisoner has been convicted with RI for six years and with five years. Prayer in the letter is to direct sentence of the prisoner to run concurrently. 2.

We direct the Superintendent, Central Prison to provide necessary legal assistance to the prisoner in accordance with law and with liberty to the petitioner, we dispose of present petition.
