This civil application has been taken out for fixing the date for hearing of the Writ Petition No.5524 of 2014. Mr. C.S. Joshi, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant / petitioner states that the petitioner is 78 years of age.

Mr. Pawar, learned Counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 3, 5 and 8 to 11 states that since he is not receiving any instructions from his client, he is proceeding before the Registry to withdraw his appearance.

In the above view, Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner is directed to freshly serve the respondents by accepted mode of service and file affidavit of service to that effect. The Registry is also directed to serve a copy of this order upon the respondent nos. 3, 5 and 8 to 11.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is of 78 years of age, the hearing is expedited. The petition be placed on board for hearing on 18th September, 2017 at 3.00 p.m.
