The Petitioner challenges the order dated 10 November 2014 passed by the learned Judge Small Causes Court, Mumbai. The Petitioner is defendant in the suit filed by the Respondent No.1 / Plaintiff.

By the impugned order the learned Judge, Small Causes Court has not accepted the grievance made by the Petitioner that the copy of the amended plaint served on the Petitioner is not identical to the original plaint that is to say that the amendment is not shown in the colour in which it is carried out in the original plaint. The learned Judge has taken a note that no grievance is made that the copy served on the Petitioner is different than the

2 23 WP 411-15.doc original amendment. The Petition has no merit whatsoever. Therefore there is no reason to keep the petition pending. The petition is rejected.
