P.C.:- By the present Petition, the Petitioner has requested to grant him furlough leave.

2) Record indicates that, on earlier three occasions when the Petitioner was released on furlough/parole leave, he reported late to the Jail Authority. In the year 2013, when the Petitioner was released on furlough leave he did not return to the Jail Authority and was required to be arrested by police and brought him to Jail after lapse of 783 days. 3) In view of the above, the prayer of the Petitioner cannot be considered.

4) However, we grant liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh Application for furlough/parole leave, as may be permissible under the law. 1/2
