By filing this petition, the petitioner is seeking the following direction to respondent no. 4.

"This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other writ to call for the records and proceedings of Enquiry Application No.08/2010, to issue specific directions to respondent no. 4 in order to decide the same in time bound schedule, as such the said enquiry application is charitable and public in nature and likely to be disposed of at the earliest."

Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondent no. 4 to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's Enquiry Application No. 8 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible.
