This matter was posted today, as the parties were likely to settle the matter. Since it was not on board, Mr. Helekar, the learned advocate moved a motion at 10.30 a.m. by consent of the parties. Hence, the matter is taken on the production board. 2.

The consent terms (5 pages) are placed on record, jointly by AJN

The parties to the consent terms are present before the court and, are identified by the learned advocates. 4.

The learned advocate representing the employee submits that the employee is already reinstated and all monetary benefits are extended to him. It is jointly submitted that no financial burden of any nature whatsoever, is foisted on the State Government in the light of X-1.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off in terms of X-1. There shall be no monetary liability on the State Government of any nature whatsoever.
