Though belatedly, the Administrator of the Union Territory of Daman and Diu has complied with the order passed by this Court on 30th September, 2015. It cannot be said there is any willful breach on the part of the Administrator. Hence, there is no reason to initiate the action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
