This is an application for bail made by the applicant/accused as the applicant/accused is inside the prison since 2010 in relation to M.C.O.C. Special Case No.3 of 2010.

The learned Counsel for the applicant/accused has fairly pointed out the order dated 7.10.2013 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Appeal No.886 of 2013 thereby rejecting the bail application of the present applicant/accused in the said appeal. As that application was rejected by the Division Bench, this application does not survive and is accordingly, rejected.
