P.C.:- Mr. Kumbhakoni, learned Advocate General submitted that, on 5th February, 2020, the Court of Competent Jurisdiction has issued proclamation as contemplated under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the Applicant. In view of the ratio laid down by the Hon'ble the Supreme Court in the case of Lavesh Vs. State (NCT of Delhi), (2012) 8 SCC 730, after declaration of the accused as a "proclaimed offender" he is not entitled to the relief of anticipatory bail.
