P.C.:- Mr. Thorat, learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 submitted that, the Petitioners and Respondent No.1 are family members and have settled the matter out of the Court and the Petitioners have decided to transfer their share in the Suit flat in favour of the Respondent No.1. He submitted that, the Petitioners and Respondent No.1 have executed Consent Terms dated 24th March, 2022. He tendred across the bar the said Consent Terms. The said Consent Terms are duly signed by Mr. Vishal Rohira, the Petitioner No.2 in his own capacity and being constituted attorney of Petitioner No.1 i.e. his mother and Ms. Poonam Rohira as a daughter and constituted attorney of Respondent No.1. Their signatures have been identified by their respective Advocates. Copies of the power of 1/2

ssm 2 2-wp1520.15.doc attorneys of Petitioner No.1 in favour of Petitioner No.2 and Respondent No.1 in favour of his daughter Ms. Poonam Rohira are annexed to the Consent Terms. The signatories to the Consent Terms are personally present before this Court and admit execution of Consent Terms dated 24th March, 2022. The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked ' X'

for identification. The undertakings mentioned in the said Consent Terms are accepted as undertaking given to this Court by the respective parties. Writ Petition is disposed off, in terms of Consent Terms dated 24th March, 202.
