1] Counsel seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition for the reason challenge is to two orders passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal. The two impugned orders dated 21.09.2018 have been passed by the learned DRT.

2] The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed for the reason the Petitioner intends to avail the appellate remedy before the DRAT.
