DATE : 3 FEBRUARY 2020 P.C.:- By this Petition, the Petitioner, stated to be agriculturists are challenging the order of reinstatement of Respondent No.6 as a Police Patil. By order dated 4 May 2017, the Respondent No.6 was initially suspended, a full fledged inquiry was conducted and thereafter, his order of suspension was set aside and he was reinstated on 4 May 2017.

The Petitioners have sought to rest their locus on the ground that they had made certain complaints in respect of respondent No.6. The Complaint was made against the Respondent no.6, a Government Servant, and for which 1/2

20. wp 766-19_2.doc department enquiry was held and taken to its logical end. This is not a lis between the Petitioner and the Respondent no.6 to give the Petitioner a personal right to challenge the action. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, rejected.
