1] This is an Appeal filed by the mother of the deceased for enhancement of sentence.

2] For the offence punishable under Section 302 of IPC, the learned Trial Judge has awarded life imprisonment. The perusal of the judgment itself would reveal that the learned Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of State has conceded that the case was not rarest of the rare to award capital punishment.
