Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is the original complaint in C.R. No. I-41 of 2011 of Bhoiwada Police Station, District Thane. The case arising out of the said C.R. is pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Bhiwandi. The applicant is 79 years old. The learned counsel therefore, prays for expeditious hearing of the case.

Since the petitioner is senior citizen and considerably old man, it is directed that the case arising out of C.R. No. I-41 of 2011 of Bhoiwada Police Station, District Thane shall be decided as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. (JUDGE)
