This is an application for relaxation of the condition of attending the concerned police station till the conclusion of the trial imposed by this Court while enlarging the applicant on bail vide order dated 30/06/2016.

On instructions of the concerned officer, learned APP fairly stated that in terms of the order of this Court dated 30/06/2016, the applicant has been regularly attending the police station and has been attending trial Court as well on the dates fixed for hearing.

In this view of the matter, since the applicant has scrupulously abided by the condition imposed in the order dated 30/06/2016, the condition of attendance can be dispensed with; however, it is made clear that the applicant shall attend the trial regularly.
