The applicant is apprehending arrest in C.R. No. 49 of 2015 registered with Airport Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 170, 341 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The record discloses that the co-accused namely Ms. Rupali Shetty who has played same and similar role as that of applicant has been granted pre-arrest bail by this Court. Role played by the present applicant in the said crime is also same and similar. The said fact is not disputed by the prosecution. In view of the same I am inclined to allow the present application.

Hence the following order:

(i) In the event of arrest of applicant in C.R. No. 49 of 2015 registered with Airport Police Station, the applicant shall be released on her furnishing PR Bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the investigating officer between 10.00 am to 4.00 pm for the purpose of investigation as and when called for. It is needless to mention that before calling the applicant for the purpose of investigation, the Investigating Officer shall issue notice in writing as contemplated under section 160 of Cr.PC.

(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with evidence and / or influence the prosecution witnesses.

(iv) The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
