P.C.:- This is an Application for deletion of the name of Petitioner No.1 from the array of Petitioners on the ground that the Petitioner No.1 is passed away on 31st July, 2018. It is stated that the Petitioner No.3 i.e. Mahendra Hirji Thakkar is the legal heir of the Petitioner No.1 and he will pursue the Petition in the absence of Petitioner No.1. It is therefore, prayed that the name of the Petitioner No.1 may be permitted to be deleted from the array of the Petition. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and 1/2

The Petitioner is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of the Petition within a period of three weeks from today and an amended copy of the Petition be served upon the learned Advocate for the Respondents within the same stipulated period.
