Heard learned counsel for the parties on Civil Application No. 106 of 2017.

Through this application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of delay in filing the Cross Objection. The delay is of 536 days. We find that the same has been satisfactorily explained. Accordingly, the delay in filing Cross Objection is condoned. The Cross Objection filed by the Applicant be taken on record. It will be considered at the time of final hearing of the Appeal. 3.
