The learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant / Appellant states that since he is unable to serve Respondent No. 1D (i), he shall not proceed with the above Second Appeal against Respondent No. 1D(i). The statement is accepted and the learned Advocate for the Appellant is allowed to forthwith delete the name of Respondent No. 1D(i) from the cause title of the above Civil Application as well as Second Appeal.

Since the heirs of deceased Applicant / Appellant are served with the above Civil Application, the above Civil Application is allowed. 3.
Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. 4.
The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed off.
