By this petition the petitioner seeks appointment of Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon disputes between parties in relation to agreement dated 6 th August, 2009 and Supplementary Agreement dated 13 th November, 2013.

(i) Mr. Pramod Ramchandra Arjunwadkar Advocate is appointed the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon disputes between parties. (ii) The learned Arbitrator is requested to file his disclosure statement under Section 11(8) and Section 12(1) on or before 20 th March 2021 with the Registrar (Judicial-I) and provide copies to the parties. (iii) The Arbitrator shall schedule a preliminary meeting at his earliest convenience. Fees payable to the Sole Arbitrator will be in accordance with the Bombay High Court (Fee Payable to Arbitrators) Rules, 2018. (iv) Arbitration Petition is disposed in the above terms. (v) No costs.
