Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. By order dated 15th December, 2015 this Court directed the respondent no.1 to decide the application dated 30th November, 2015 as expeditiously as possible, and in any event within period of two months from the date of communication of the order. Till the date of communication of the order, parties were directed to maintain status quo, and in the event of the order being adverse to the petitioner's interest, status quo was pps
1 wp 12214-15.doc directed to continue for a period of 90 days from the date on which the order is served on the petitioner.

With this direction petition was disposed of, however, it was adjourned to 6th April, 2016 to consider the compliance of the said direction.

The learned Counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 4 tenders copy of the compliance affidavit dated 13th June, 2016. A perusal of the affidavit shows that the respondent nos.1 to 4 have rejected the petitioner's application.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against rejection of the petitioner's application , they propose to file statutory appeal before the Appellate Authority. Statement accepted. 5.
In the above circumstances, the order dated 15th December, 2015 stands complied with.
