Learned Counsel for the Respondent strenuously objected to consideration of the grounds taken in the Civil Application for condonation of delay. However, considering the fact that the Respondent - husband has started proceeding for recovery of maintenance from the Applicants, we condone the delay in filing the present Appeal. Civil Application No.56 of 2019 is accordingly allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.

Family Court Appeal be listed along with Civil Application No.57 of 2019 on 12/03/2019.
