This is an application for bail filed by the aforesaid Applicant, who is facing trial in Sessions Case No.381 of 2014 for the offence punishable under section 302 of the IPC. 2.
By order dated 23rd September, 2014 this Court had dismissed the application for bail with liberty to file a fresh application after nine months from the date of the said order. The learned counsel for the Applicant has submitted that subsequent to the said order the charge has been framed, however, the trial has not yet commenced. Megha 1/2

Having gone through the records, in my considered view this matter needs to be disposed of expeditiously. Hence, the learned Sessions Judge, Pune, is directed to expedite the trial and to complete the trial expeditiously, as far as possible within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order. Leave is granted to the Applicant to file a fresh application after the evidence of the eye witnesses viz. Reshma and Vilas is recorded.

The application is accordingly dismissed.
