P.C.:- 1) This is an application for relaxation of condition No.2 imposed on the applicant while releasing him on bail by this Court by its order dated 21.06.2017. By the said condition, the applicant is directed to report to the Mahim Police Station, Mumbai once in a week i.e. on every Saturday between 11.00a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till further orders.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that since the day of his release from jail, the applicant is regularly attending the concerned Police Station and he has not committed any 1/2

(30) APPLN-1072-17.d breach of the said condition.

2) The record indicates that police have already submitted charge-sheet. In view thereof, the said condition is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to report Mahim Police Station, Mumbai once in a month i.e. on first Saturday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till conclusion of the trial.

3) Application is allowed in aforesaid terms.
