The condition requiring the applicant to attend the N.M. Joshi Marg Police Station on the first day of every calendar month during the pendency of Appeal, is modified by stipulating that the applicant/appellant shall attend the said Police Station only once in every three months, commencing from November 2015.

Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. This order be communicated to the Sr.Inspector of Police, N.M.Joshi Marg Police Station.
